why the name.
Like many of you, Jiu-Jitsu has been a life altering experience. It has made us stronger, faster, and more confident. It has brought us victory as well as defeat. It has turned strangers into friends and friends into family, but most importantly it has given us a source of humility.  Your Jiu-Jitsu Sucks is the unwavering respect towards one another, that constant pressure from teammates passing your guard, and the split-second decision before your hand hits the mat to tap.  We all have our own specific reasons as to why we roll, but our principles are more-or-less the same.
